Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Be free from stains, odors, or any signs of wear.

Be accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products purchased during clearance or final sale.

Gift cards.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Products returned without original tags or packaging.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, subject to product availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If eligible, you may request a return after receiving the order in accordance with this policy.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Fabrix will bear the return shipping cost.

For returns due to any other eligible reason, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
