Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.

  • A shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Fabrix is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs (if applicable). We will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.

International Shipping

Currently, Fabrix ships only within India. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
